I just closed on a new house and place an order for a Samsung Bespoke fridge and washer/dryer set on 07/21/2023. At the time of ordering, all stated that they would be received "by July 26th", which was confirmed on the order confirmation page. At the same time, I received an email stating that the items would be received "by the requested date of July 31st", which obviously doesn't match what the order confirmation stated.
The next day, I get an email stating that the order is being processed and that I can expect it to be delivered on July 31st. I then get an email that the delivery date is confirmed for July 28th. When navigating to the order details page, it says that the order is in process with scheduled delivery as July 28th - August 4th. Clicking on the "reschedule" button pulls up a calendar and says "You're currently scheduled for delivery on 2023/07/26".
I chatted with someone online this morning and he said that from his end, it's scheduled for July 29th - August 4th, and that he will escalate the issue and that I should receive an email with an exact date in 24-48 hours. He also said to come back after delivery to get a refund of $200, so hopefully that is honored because I'm going to have to throw out all of my cold food!
