Delayed order and terrible service

I have made the order online on 12 July, for 3 items: Fridge, Microwave and Washing machine.

In one of checkout steps Samsung asks me about delivery date which I have choose as 22 July. I got contacted by carrier on 21 July there they are said that is not possible to deliver on 22 because they still have no items in their warehouse.

Order stuck in "Preparing dispatch" state, any contact Samsung support ends up reading that status which I already know, no estimated deliver date or what is going on and why it takes so long.

Last time I have reached contact Samsung support today 1st of Aug, because I can see that washing machine is now out of stock, and that is probably the reason for delay. Again no useful information from support agent, only reading scripted answers for this "Preparing dispatch" status. On my question will it help if I remove washing machine from the order - will it help, I got answer that it will take 2-10 working days to escalate it to head office and change the order.

This is terrible service, In a time I have ordered and payed for the order all 3 items been in stock, and now my whole order is delayed because for some system/human mistake at Samsung warehouse. If Samsung will care about customers it will at least contact me and ask about wa

Just called support once more regarding my order, as expected Samsung not sure what is going on and have no idea when it going to be dispatched... They just escalated to Head office, which is another 2-10 working days to hear anything from them... 

Probably the worst service ever I met...

Wow, nice ignorance... after escalating to Head office status changed to "on the way", but no tracking number and no any further information from support on when to expect.. great service and logistic, 1 month and 1 week since ordered...

Got an Email from VOC Samsung more than 5 days ago:

>Samsung will contact you regarding the progress of your case within the next 2 business working days.

 

No reference number was provided and of course, as expected no one came back to me after 3 working days...

Another week passed... still nothing... It feels like Samsung has no idea what is going with the shipment and where is it now, so they just hope that one day it will arrive... Definitely the last time I used to buy Samsung products, all friends are now aware of the quality Samsung services...
