I have a Samsung front loader and it is asking me to do a drum clean every 20 washes. 1st issue!
2nd issue is after starting the drum clean, it plays a chime, stops about 20mins in and then turns off. Water still in the drum and and obviously can't open the door. I have to flick the power off and drain the drum. I also check the filter, cause just in case, and then turn it back on and i am good to go to restart the drum clean again!
Issue is i shouldn't have to do all that to get it to do a complete drum clean and that isn't even factoring in the frequency of the cleans!!
Any ideas or troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated!
I was having a similar issue with the water not draining. Thought something was wrong with the machine, but turned out that the pipe at the back had become kinked and so the water wasn't draining out to the waste water pipe/sink.
Not sure if that's the exact issue, but maybe the reason for water not emptying
😮 thanks for the comments Will suss that out Samsung have authorised a repair technician to attend the problem Will keep you posted as they think it maybe the electronics 🤔
