I received my brand new fridge two days ago, upon turning it on I get an alarm saying the freezer door is open every 2 or so minutes.
I have removed any tape, cleaned the seals and i am still receiving a beeping sound. I have booked this with Samsung for a technician but they're going to take over a week to come which is already not the best experience.
Not sure if anyone else has had this problem or if I can try anything else?
Hi @jmaz9, that's odd. It is possible the fridge is not registering your door as closed for some reason.
I suggest cleaning your fridge seal and checking if any areas appear to be disconnected from the fridge door. After this, press the door closed for approximately 30 seconds to see if this stops the sound.
