Stacking a Samsung Dryer on a different brand washer

Has anyone had an experience where they had stacked a different brand washer with the Samsung dryer ?

The dryer is the 

Samsung DV80T5420AW/SA

Dimension (WxHxD)

600 x 850 x 650mm

The washer is 

Haier 7.5kg 

Width 595mm

Height 850mm

Depth 610mm

Since the Samsung dryer recommended washer dimensions are 

WxHxD (excl. hose & door)

600 x 850 x 550mm

The fit shouldn't be a problem. 

Questions I have at this moment 

1. Has anyone tried it 

2. Do you recommend a stacking kit 

3. Any other methods ?

I have a Simpson dryer on top of a Bosch washing machine. I lack an edge fitting to contain the dryer if shaking from the washer spin cycle.. I have a 1/2 inch rubber mat between. Steady as a rock and reduces/removes vibration noise.
