Terrible Customer Service and Support

Appears my biggest mistake was to order from Samsung online as it seems impossible to get past customer service who are unable to do anything to resolve my issue.

After many promises for someone to call back, respond to emails no one does, and I am left calling Samsung and waiting to talk to customer service to be told that they understand my situation and will ask for urgent response but again no follow up call.

I am a Samsung Customer, this year alone I have bought the Samsung fold and Samsung 75” TV at great expense I might add.

I ordered from your website a French door fridge, I clicked on the website image the model with Ice maker and water dispenser which is what I wanted, when going through the order process I clicked on unplumbed believing that this referred to some one pluming my house for the model, since I already had the house plumbed for this I did not require that. I have since learned the difference.

When the fridge was delivered, I was not home and the delivery guy said there is no connection for the fridge to be plumbed, I advised that this is not what I wanted, his response was no problem, just call Samsung and they would swap for the correct model I wanted. They also took away my old Fridge which I paid for.

I have not used the fridge it still has all the plastic on it and my family are living out of an esky ☹

What I am seeking is to exchange the fridge that was delivered for the model I wanted with Ice maker and water dispenser, I am happy to pay for the delivery costs and return cost plus any addition cost for the plumbed version, so Samsung will not be out of pocket.

After countless calls to Samsung no-customer care with promises of this been escalated or told to wait 7-10 business days for case manager to review a simple and fair request has so far been ignored.
