Hello fellow community members,

I have a question about washing balling up in my new Samsung Heat Pump Dryer - Model: DV90T8440SH.

The machine is running now with one queen size flat sheet, one queen size fitted sheet, and two pillow cases.

I've had to intervene in the process 4 times so far to un-ball the load.

My question is:

Does anyone have a tried and successful remedy to this issue? 🤔

Thanks in advance for your advice and assistance.

Kind regards,

Hi @boingy, thanks for reaching out. Are you able to see if this issue occurs when only one sheet is in the dryer?

I am wondering if having multiple items twists them together.

This also happens to mine. I had one doona cover in the load. They're needs to be a cycle that alternates the direction of the drum to avoid this. Is there such a cycle? I would have thought bedding cycle should do this.
