Washing Machine Navigation Dial

Hi, 

Is anyone else having issues with their navigation dial on their Samsung Front Loader Washing Machine.   I have a Brand New one and when you turn it on it is stuck on the colours cycle and will not allow you to change the dial to another setting.  I have called Samsung support and had no luck.  The model is ww85t984dsh

I would appreciate if anyone else is having this issue, to let me know how to rectify it so that I can continue washing.  I have tried to turn the machine off at the wall and disconnect the power and restart, but it is still stuck on the colour cycle.

I am having the same problem but I have a top loader. I don't know if I should order the part and try fixing it myself or call to have it fix? Please help! I have model # wa45m7050aw/a4
