One UI Beta Program

Is one ui beta program available in Australia 🇦🇺 I can't see the banner in the Member app in my s23 ultra

No. Only India, which has the same model as Australia gets the beta. Australia doesn't get to officially test beta through signing up etc. That's not to say it's impossible though :-p.

Only way is to sideload the firmware using a pc with another countries firmware update

If you download core software from anyone other than Samsung Australia does that invalidate your warranty and eligibility for support?

It's a slippery slope.
Technically, it's official Samsung firmware.
But then, it was never made avaliable (beta software), so it's possible they could refuse support.

I think at the end if the day, if you run the beta software and something goes wrong, you can't blame anyone else.
Also, be aware some apps won't work with beta software, such as Samsung Wallet/Google Wallet and even some bank apps may not function. YMMV.

Been running it on my S22 Ultra for the past couple of days. So far so good, everything work as expected. Can't notice anything better battery wise, some nice looking visual changes but the rest is majority the same as Android 13.

Can I really use India variant, which seem to be same as Australian variant. Without voiding the warranty or any issues?
