Pretty interesting stuff! AGEs (advanced glycation end products) Index gives a sense of your metabolic health, reflecting your overall biological ageing process based on a comparison of what you'd expect for a person your age. If your curious how it works, I'll check out the pics and link below.
To get it up and running, it's as simple as wearing your watch to sleep and the watch will do the rest! You can view the results on the watch but I find it best on the Samsung Health app.
