"Unpacked was an experience I will never forget"
How do I compress a hugely packed 4 days of Samsung Members Connect event into a little post? The answer is: it is impossible! I have only ever been to one of these events and those 4 days were one of the best days I’ve experienced personally. Apologies in advance, but I want to bring you along to an epic rollercoaster ride with me. Come 👋
Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2025❤️❤️
1) Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2025
The main event was of course, the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2025; the release of the new Galaxy S25 series. From our hotel at the Grand Hyatt (boujie alright), we were bused into the event location at San Jose. 🚌
Unpacked itself was a sight to behold. Photographers and videographers were everywhere, making us all feel like VIPs. As I was walking down the steps to find my seat, it felt surreal to know that I will actually experience the release of the S25 series on location! In the past, I’ve always watched online at home; I’d be chatting with the other Samsung Members Stars in Australia. The in-person event, with the electric atmosphere, absolutely magnifies the experience!

2) Being one of the first to play with the S25 series.
As for the S25 review I had the pleasure to do; I was most impressed with how much more advanced Galaxy AI has become. It is completely a function that can help you in your day to day lives. This is thanks to how much more INTEGRATED Samsung’s Galaxy AI is to a whole host of apps. Instead of asking AI to send a message (which only uses the message app), you can ask Gemini to do things that involve other apps.
The Blue is such a🔥 colour
Say you wanted to send a picture of a phone. Normally you’d: search for that picture, save it, attach it to the message, find the contact and then click send. Too many things to do! With Gemini, you can do this all using one command. This involves Gemini using the web browser to find the picture and then attaching it to the message app before sending it. That is integrated AI.
You can also ask Gemini to summarise long videos, so you don’t have to watch all of them. It can also summarise a video in a foreign language! The best AI trick, however, is the Audio Eraser function! If you are in a loud area, Galaxy AI can reduce background noise so that your own voice is crystal clear!
Not only has Galaxy AI been improved, but the addition of the new ProVisual Engine has helped the camera to perform better during the day and night. Videos and Photos are generally more pleasing to me during my tests!
3) Experiencing new things in a new city!
To be able to experience so many events in a new city was such an amazing vibe! We had Unpacked Night, where famous youtubers/influencers were also invited. We had Epic Tours of San Francisco, where we were able to explore famous landmarks (Golden Gate Bridge!). I still remember the amazing weather San Francisco had for us on that day: the wind rushing through, the pedestrians and bike’s passing by, and the vibrations of the cars as they sped over the bridge. Wow, what a day! We also had Gala Night as well as Awards Ceremonies to celebrate the successes of Samsung Members Connect 2025. Australia were actually nominated in 2 events and even won 1! Go Aussie!!!

4) Making new connections.
While the prizes were indeed wonderful and amazing, to me the best part of Samsung Members Connect was that; connecting with new people. To be able to make new friendships amongst Samsung Members Stars from other countries. To be able to share our love of Galaxy Devices. To be able to experience new locations and activities together. And even more important to me, to be able to create new precious memories with new friends. These were the things that I will treasure the most. ❤️❤️

Yes the whole event was PACKED. That is a huge understatement. I’m not sure about the others, but I slept at about 2.30am everyday doing the missions. AND I LOVE IT. I’d do it again without hesitation; this was part of the whole experience. While it was a lot of work for the Stars, I am also forever grateful to the staff members that put in so much more work than I can ever imagine. All the effort they put in the background to ensure the whole event ran smoothly. Thank you very much Staff! 🙏🙏🙏🙏 I also want to thank Samsung for allowing me the opportunity to contribute to such a massive event. It is something that I will keep close to me forever and I truly cannot wait for the next event. Here’s hoping 🤞🤞❤️❤️
