This is just the most basic and most common sensing thing that developers should add on to the software of phones with dual top and bottom firing speakers that creates the sort of surround sound system audio to the user. The sound should atleast switch on both sides depending of the left or right landscape orientation of the device. For example. During gaming like Call of Duty, I would hear the enemy footsteps in the bottom speaker, meaning the enemy is at the right. But is actually on the left.
But I wasn't able to register it through sound because the sound doesn't switch. Same thing should be while playing music or watching videos. The sound should switch depending on the screen landscape orientation of the device next time on the next update. And Dolby Atmos is always turned on, on my phone.

If you're using a midrange phone, you won't be expecting stereo speakers.

Ohh okay. If it indeed does have stereo speakers, then maybe the game just wasn't using the earpiece speaker (a.k.a. left speaker)
