OthersThey even lowered the price of the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra by a further PhP 4,000 from when I purchased it on November 16 2022.
How annoying.

OthersUnfortunately, after more than a dozen calls from my end, my issue is still unresolved.
I've noticed that later calls I made, some of the agents were able to pass on some new info.
Like with my last call, the agent said "Ummm Sir, naghahanap pa sila ng stock", and then he went silent for a sec and ended the call quite quickly and did not ask me to stay on the line for a quick survey.
They already know something is wrong. Maybe he wasn't supossed to reveal that info about stock?
The volume of complaints must be increasing and they are probably trying to avoid getting reviewed because they have not resolved any issues.
