Already filed my complaint with DTI. Is Samsung Shop PH advertising falsely?

So, this is a further update on my ongoing saga with Samsung Philippines Online Shop and their inaction on replacing a wrongly sent item. See earlier posts if you want to know what this is all about. 

The DTI took action much faster than the Samsung Online Shop for sure.

From other posts here on Members and on Facebook groups I can see that more than a dozen people have already shared similar issues with redemption of Freebies/Bundles items.

All I want is to receive what I paid for. Come on Samsung, don't let me down some more.

PS. The whole reporting process was fairly easy. Just do it if you're fed up being treated poorly.

Official letter of reply from DTI after filing my complaint. It has been forwarded to the Regional Director.

They're obviously still offering the same promo up to now without having enough stock.

They even lowered the price of the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra by a further PhP 4,000 from when I purchased it on November 16 2022.

no way to call samsung online store! the redemption (free tablet for s22 ultra purchase) requires sales invoice but i did not receive such document from my online purchase! only delivery receipt. omg

I've been succesful at calling the Samsung Online Shop Hotline by dialing #425299 using my Globe number. Doesn't work with SMART/PLDT though.

Unfortunately, after more than a dozen calls from my end, my issue is still unresolved.

I've noticed that later calls I made, some of the agents were able to pass on some new info.

Like with my last call, the agent said "Ummm Sir, naghahanap pa sila ng stock", and then he went silent for a sec and ended the call quite quickly and did not ask me to stay on the line for a quick survey.

They already know something is wrong. Maybe he wasn't supossed to reveal that info about stock?

The volume of complaints must be increasing and they are probably trying to avoid getting reviewed because they have not resolved any issues.

Woah. Kudos to you Sir Abe. I hope the DTI will look into it na hindi lang ito isang isolated case lamang.
