For those of us using third-party launchers, like Nova Launcher, Lawn Chair, and many others, we all know that Android 10 doesn't allow the new gestures on these launchers, but Samsung will be releasing an update, probably on One UI 2.5 to allow it. But some of you might not able to wait for that long. But there's workaround for it. Follow these steps:
1. Download One Hand Operation +,
2. Assign a gesture as "Show/hide navigation bar",
3. Switch your navigation bar to the new Android 10 gesture,
4. Switch to your launcher,
5. Apply the gestures assigned in number two.

Been using Nova launcher ever since! Don't know why Samsung can't even make their interface as flexible! Hopefully, they include more interface settings in the coming updates
