I presume it's not Samsung ads but more like games ads? Most likely it's due to an app you installed earlier. Try to unistall those apps.

I think, I didn't install any game apps, just social apps, maybe the app has a bug

run you phone in safe mode to identify which apps cause the ads to appear in every app.
