Can't send message with globe - error 0

Is there anyone with the same problem? It is my first time to encounter this. I tried inserting my globe simcard to other phone and it works fine. Need help. Thank you.

I got it fixed, if you are trying to add device with BDO, dont respond to the number instead reply kayo sa 09457893836 then it will send the OTP. You're welcome

Deactivate call barring settings temporarily. It worked for me for BPI app. Hope this helps!
