Change Country Detail on my Samsung Account from South Korea to the Philippines

How do I change my country detail of my Samsung account from South Korea to the Philippines? If I log on to a browser, it'll prompt me to do the verification for Korean residents, which I don't have. 

I don't even have a slight idea how this is set to South Korea. My guess is when I used a device (in Korean language by default) given to me by a Korean friend more than 10 years ago. I have been using Samsung devices since then, so I have my data on this account. 

I don't want to delete it and create a new one. I just want to change my country detail. And I've been trying to contact Samsung support to no avail. They also do not know how to change it without going through the verification process only for Korean residents.

Well, I just got the new S24 Ultra 🥲 and support has been really poor. So, disappointed.

This is the response I got from a Samsung support agent:

"Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting us. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you.

I understand from your inquiry that you wish to change the country information of your Samsung Account.

Please know that you can now complete this by using the self service as follows:

Login to your Samsung Account at https://account.samsung.com/membership/intro > Click the Profile tab > Select Edit personal information > Go to the country field > Click the arrow on the right > Select the new country > Follow the prompts on screen and acknowledge the risks > Click Save."

Despite me pointing out that when I login on my computer or laptop browser, I get prompted with "NICE VERIFICATION SYSTEM" for Korean residents.

Why can't I justify change it on my phone? It should be that easy and straightforward.

Support has been slow to find a solution to changing the country detail on my Samsung account. I had to make this second account just to pre-order the S24 Ultra. 

I'm super disappointed with Samsung's support. The community has no help at all too. Live chat support has no idea as to what to do. Nobody knows what to do at all.

Oh no! I'm telling you, dude, they don't have the slightest idea how to solve this. I have been through the same issue and ended up deleting my account.

I pity you, dude. with Samsung, you'll lose your years of data. I don't trust them anymore. I switched to Apple. Happy with the ecosystem.
