Yeah, I've experienced that too sometimes. Maybe the app just having an adjustment or system update that's why we can't access the app that time. Don't worry because it will be back later.

Hope so. This is my first time encountering this issue. Also, I went on Settings to check for updates but could not connect to the server. It keeps saying, check network connection.

It also took me minutes to reply to your comment as I could not open Samsung Members app.
