Those default apps that supports flex mode no longer works after recent software update. Before that, even my phonr was complete unfolded, my phone detexts tha it is partially opened. Needs tor restart sonthat the issue will be fixed. Now, flex mode is no longer working.
They're just saying the screen is not flat (referring to the hinge) which is really the case for flips. Few scratches is because I dropped it daw even if I didn't.
Yung sa akin nga talagang nahulog so merong minor scratch sa gilid. Pero na cover pa sa warranty kasi obviously that is in regards with software update so it was a software issue. Pinayagan pa rin ni samsung na ireplace yung whole screen as long as walang internal error.
Samsung's "warranty" is really a fraud. They will really find a way to make your unit void of warranty. Imagine a simple scratch was concluded as dropped
