I have an A11 and in the past few weeks ive been getting the ghost touch issue AGAIN. I am inclined to think that it's software related because I've had this issue before (about 2 months after buying). Then it kind of just disappeared haha until recently :( it really is frustrating

Settings > About Phone > Software Updates > Download and Install > Follow On-screen instructions.
Also, you can submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:
Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.
Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.
