Hi guys! I'm newbie user of Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Everything went well except when I use apps like IG & Tiktok, content like ig story/video the resolution are so poor. Eventhough I already turn off Data Saver in both apps, eventhough my data speed internet is pretty fast (5G fullbar) but why the resolution of video is so poor. If I use my wifi, the resolution seems like okay with great quality. Anyone faced this issue?

Yr internet issues , maybe yr location not under coverage so caused poor quality on ig & tik tok video.

I dont think so my friend. My location is pretty good. My speed internet above 300mbps for my current telco.

As u know, sometime our telco companies hv internet / network issues , will kacau , jz restart yr 📱n see hw .

Im not worry my friend, but the satisfaction to see content will be little bit interrupted due to of this issue.

No nees to worry. Your hp is not the prob. Check your telco line.
Everything seems fine to me expect when there are poor coverage i.e: inside building or in the wood (hiking).

Social media will always prefer wifi for higher quality videos or uploads. Try using wifi as much as possible. And also please turn on "Higher quality media upload" in settings.
