Now ,Samsung can get latest app and upgrade to latest features software like good lock with galaxy labs. For Samsung user has not supported country as others from this country as I called South Korea ,US ,Australia need to use VPN to get this app.

Yeah, figured this out ages ago when someone wanted SmartLock. There are others as well, but Good Lock is one of the highly recommended ones. For those who like to do heavy customisation on their Samsung phone :)
