Kindly check the sim, may it was placed upside down on the sim slot.

Is your device open to any kind of sim?

Yes. 1st Sim is Globe locked then the second is open line

That is the issue on your device. You can only use 1 sim slot.

From Globe. Both sim cards are globe postpaid

Yeah, check if the simcard is properly placed in the simcard slot. Make sure the sensor of the simcard is clean and not damaged. And also try restarting your phone.

Did not worked .
I have samsung a54 and s10+
Sim a&b is in s10+, while sim c&d is in a54.
I was told to do these troubleshooting (been transferred from people to peopl).
1. Turn data and wifi on and off
2. Probably bec the my signal is bad said the other rep. Well, i did this as well once when i was in the City (with very good signal ), on both phones still diff #s in each phones. I have four sims, 2 from smart and 2 from globe.so each phones have 1 smart and 1 globe in it. Worked fine with s10+ ( but i can only turn on one sim for call forwarding i dont know why) BUT NOT WITH A54.cannot turn on call forwarding in each sim. So the signal troubleshooting DIDNT WORKED BEC REGARDLESS IF IM IN A CAVE OR ON TOP OF CROWN REGENCY, I CANNOT TURN ON A54'S CALL FORWARDING STILL.

3. Now I am in Liloan with poor to no signal on both providers and i all of three my phones (i have iphone 14 pro max as my 3rd phone where i want the calls to be forwarded to) coz i cannot bring 3 phones every effin time. :) i tried setting it up again following the trouble instructions i found on ur website, Did not worked.

4. The other guy told me maybe its bec of the telco providers and asked me to try turning it on with both globe network in my sim card slot. DIDNT WORKED.

5. TRIED SWAPPING SIMS. DIDNT WORKED. I transferred the sims in s10+ to the a54 and tried turning the call forwarding on again.
DIDNT WORKED.

6. then one guy told me maybe my phone needs to be updated ( the a54) , so i checked and viola, there is indeed an update. After an hour of updating a54, tried it again, DOING EACH AND EVERY STEPS I DID MENTIONED ABOVE. DIDNT WORKED.

7. I CHECKED AND FOLLOWED EVERY GDDMN CHANGES IN THE S10+'S PHONE SETTINGS AND DID IT IN MY A54, IT STILL DID NOT WORKED.
