How to resolve this? Cannot turn ON Dual Sim Always On

And oh almost forgot, that last rep , kim, told me i may need to contact smart or globe about activating the call forwarding.

As mentioned above, the sims i used in s10+ which has globe sim where forwarding was turned on was moved and put it in the a54 to check if that will do the trick but none of it worked. I still cannot get this thing to turn on call fowarding

And just a little FYI. A54 WAS BOUGHT ONLINE. ON UR OFFICIAL SAMSUNG WEBSITE SAMSUNG PH, PICKED IT UP AT YOUR SAMSUNG FLAGSHIP STORE IN AYALA, IT PARK.

Now, is there any steps that i missed or any tasks that i skipped?? Coz i still cannot turn on a54 call forwarding. Started this 10pm and its almost 7 am already

I'm in South Africa, also using a Samsung A54 and can't turn my dual sim on. 🫠

My S24 Ultra has the same issue.

Tried rebooting and cleaning the SIM cards. A bit annoying in a handset this expensive.

I had this same issue and It's fix is funny.

Both my sim cards are Indian operates. By default my Jio sim card had 91 added to it while airtel didn't.

There is this "Enter phone number" option in your screenshot. Just try playing around with country code ( with and without) combinations and then try turning on dual sim always on after each combinations. One of it will work out.
