It's nice to have this feature in Samsung MyFiles app. You just have to connect your Google drive to the app and it will include Google drive in duplicate files report.
But it will try to download the file in your device if you just want to view it. It's quicker to go to Google drive app and view the file from there. I have been able to verify that the same photo is in different folders - after 5 years.
