Anyone there experienced when someone is calling you in messenger and you are presently at the home screen , no pop up notification showed up though you already allow it on the settings of the app itself and on the phone settings too ? But when you open the app while someone is calling thats the only time you will see the pop up notification.

it maybe be a glitch. try to reset the app by clearing cache the restart. if did not work Uninstall then reinstall.

I already did .. Hayss . still.no changes
