Hi, would like to ask if may need ba ako baguhin sa settings ng Samsung S10 para magwork ung Messenger Share Screen. My system is already updated, pati Messenger ko updated din. Already tried uninstalling and installing the app kaso ayaw mag share screen. Sa Settings-App naman, okay naman ung Permissions. Baka may kulang pa ako baguhin sa Phone Settings? Hope you can help me with this error. Thank you po in advance.
Hey there, Aya? How's your Messenger Screen Sharing now? Should you still need some tips, try following these steps:
- Upon starting a video call and the other party answers, TAP ONCE on your screen until 4 buttons (video on/off, switch camera, mic on/off, end call) appear at the bottom - Swipe the tray UPWARDS that holds the 4 buttons until you see other options including "Share your screen". Tap this option. - PROCEED with other access permission prompt that will appear before you may start share screen. - You may now MINIMIZE the messenger app or press the home button. - TAP the screen ONCE to resume messenger call, then slightly swipe up the screen to start screen sharing.
