Netflix error 5.7 (feb update)

Anyone experiencing  error 5.7 on thrur netflix after the february 16 update? I tried everything, restarting, clear cache, clear data, uninstalling and even resetting the settings. I cant fix it. Please help .

It should be Netflix who needs to update their software to make it compatible for Android 12 (If you are referring to Android 12 update) otherwise, you can uninstall Netflix and try downloading the apk on the web.

It's not actually the android 12. It's the update software that Samsung delivered between February 16 to 18.

Note its not just Netflix, it's amazon prime, Disney, and neon in Nz.  Therefore this is the Samsung update as the common denominator.

There are 2 s21 ultras in my house, mine is updated the other not, the nonupdated  is still fine.

My old huaweis playing same app versions from playstore all fine. 

Netflix is part of my Samsung phone I can't delete it, therefore it is Samsung responsibility to ensure either its compatible or that they brief other app suppliers of changes.

And I spent 2 hours on chat with Netflix in nz and we exhausted everything. When I said my 4 streaming apps fail they too were concerned

I googled and tried every solution there is but NOTHING worked. Also read a post from someone in MY with the same problem. Funny how an update causes an issue rather than enchancing the experience

Someone commented that the feb update fckd up the firmware (whatever) so we need to wait for the next software update

Try force stopping the app on app info, this error occurs to most android, seems like netflix is not having any server issues rn https://help.netflix.com/en/is-netflix-down
