These icons can't be changed to new Google Messages icon and Google Phone icon. But these were updated.

These are new versions of Messages and Phone.

Yes, those are the new icons of the apps. Google is there again trying to unify its icons. Try clearing the app's cache and check if their icons changes.

Ok. Old Google Play Movie & TV can't be changed to new Google TV icon as well.

I think it will change when new version of Google Play Services is available or October 2022 update for Google Play System update becomes available, currently at September 2022
