No Sim error

Need help po yung samsung galaxy A72 ko po lagi No Sim kahit may sim naman po. Tapos po naka light highlight po yung airplane mode kahit hindi ko naman po in'on yung airplane mode. Simula po nung nag update ng OS si samsung ganito na :( tapos yunh screen lagi nagffreeze kailangan mag force shutdown lagi. Heeelp po

Hi really sorry sa super late reply dinala ko sya sa samsung service center hindi ko alam ano ginawa nila pero mukhang hindi naging successful yung update kaya nagka prob phone ko naayos naman nila under warranty pa ang phone.
