One UI 7.0 update has been paused globally

Looks like we can really wait for One UI 8.0 liao. With so many betas, they can miss out a bug that causes users not able to unlock their phones. Probably the slowest Android manufacturer to roll out Android 15 to all eligible models. S25 series can rejoice, being able to enjoy 3 months of One UI 7.0 solely for the series 😂

I am now more worried for the older models, which such bugs can happen to the 2nd latest flagship model, so there could be more bugs for the older models, especially like my Z Fold 3, a 4 year old model.

Or maybe also a hardware component failing due to the updates too. Can tell someone going to complain that they get a line on the screen after updating

Yeah likely, it could trigger a hardware failure for the device once the phone is updated to the latest software.

I quite worried for S21 and S22 users. Chances of the lines coming back is very high

i saw that the s23 plus and below may not get the full features of One Ui 7 since its mostly AI based update. And 23 plus and below didnt have that extensive AI features unlike S24

They will likely blame it on the processor chip, not being able to support the latest AI features.
