Do the points in Samsung expires yearly?

I bought a tablet back in 2021 and I think my points for ordering a tablet online was not reflected.

Before ordering must make sure that the you joined the reward system. Rewards started in the year 2023 (if im not mistaking😊)

Oh so it started when i already purchased it. Too bad😭. It could have helped me if i made a purchase this year😭.
