Quick share always fail

Hi guys, need some help here. Why my quick share apps seems not working well? Wanna send pic and videos but .. always fail or the time for loading is so long. 

Any solution? Or any personal view about it?

happened to my sister's tab A8 before. you may try to :

1. clear cache n restart. if still persists;
2. uninstall updates and update again in Galaxy Store. if still persists,
3. call samsung careline at 1800228899, ask them to troubleshoot via "Smart Tutor"

hold the qshare icon on the noti. panel > About Quick Share > Tap i (top right) > Storage

then go to Galaxy Store > Menu > Update to update it again
