Hi Guys. 👋

Just want ask if any one of you are now using RCS messaging either on default samsung messaging app or on google? If yes, how to activate it??

Currently using s21.

Thanks for the response.

Easiest way is via Google messages. It's called chat features in the General settings. Just turn on and RCS is enabled. Samsung messages is kind of a hit and miss. On some phones, it works and grants RCS features. On some (myself included) it always fails registering.

Yeah you have to wait. Although it seems Google servers are bonked for some reason seeing as multiple reports are posted online with the same problem as yours. I myself have it working since I gave up on Samsung Messages.

Great Samsung morning! We are indeed happy that you guys are having your connection! As per your concern, you may try this first.

How to enable RCS in Google Messages
  1. Open Google Messages on your Android phone. If you don't have the app, you can download it for free.
  2. Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner.
  3. Tap Settings. Source: Android Central.
  4. Tap Chat features.
  5. Enter your phone number.
  6. Tap Continue. Source: Android Central.

Please refer to my screenshot above. As i have said I already tried what you have mentioned ever since I heard about the feature but until know there is no progress. I also called your customer service but guess what? 🤷 even samsung cannot solve the problem.
