Rewards Not Reflected

I received my order from samsung website. My points is still zero. Any idea how can it be reflected on my rewards points?

yep true, you only can receive your points 14 days after your purchase, also make sure you purchase a product when you already logged in to your samsung account, can be done in samsung shop or samsung official website
