Hi Ruby, purchased the reservation+ voucher through the samsung app, now i have lost the 10% first purchase discount. Whatever i add into cart it says "login to enjoy 10% off your first purchase", even though i am logged in. Can this be fixed?

Hi Ruby, I received the code but it said it expires 1minute before the unpack event in the morning? How am I suppose to apply this voucher when pre order only opens after the unpack event??
