Hello mga ka samsung,question lang po. pag ba nagpa repair ng unit sa service center, kaya ba nila ma access yun security folders natin? Salamat sa sagot.

Issue ng phone ko is yung volume at lock key pads is lumubog.

Samsung Note 10+ user here.

I think you're required to erase your device first before they repair it. May wanna contact them first before sending it in for repair.
