After I updated my Note 20 Ultra into One UI 5.0(Android 13), there is something wrong with the screen orientation. Especially whenever I use the Camera, the buttons for the zoom orient themselves in a different way. I really need, if there is something that I could do to fix this, please help me. Thank you.

Sorry to hear that, Pogiako29, about your Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra having issues with camera orientation while using its zoom features.

You can submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Camera".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.

I was already irritated the very first moment I saw it and thought about upgrading immediately to a 'fruity' and 'selfish' phone. But fortunately they fixed the problem with the recent updates you just have to find a way to contact the tech support team and report the issue by sending an error report. It got fixed by the way so I guess I will delay my decision to change phone brand.

That doesn't apply to camera only, it goes through everything. That happened after the update. There is something wrong with the software of the screen orientation. And it is very evident when I use the Camera. The screen orients to landscape mode even though I'm using it vertically. And when I take a shot, the picture is automatically oriented into landscape, even though I took the picture vertically(portrait). That goes the same in taking selfies.Screenshot_20221130_111248_Camera.jpg

try clearing the camera app's data
or have you done the "wipe cache partition" thing?

Nothing happened bro. I think its not about the app, its about the software of the recent update.

I have the same problem. Do you still have it today? It's been like this for so long, it's getting irritating.
