SmartThings / SmartTag Issue

I recently bought a smarttag, just trippin around... but the SmartThings' Find "View Map" around the SmartTag settings doesn't work... Like, it doesn't shows the SmartThing's Map to show my SmartTag's Location...

Already tried to remove / add the SmartThings' Find Services, but still got nothing...

I also want to add that, SmartTag doesn't reconnects after a reboot if your device is not yet unlocked.

P.S.: The Device was A73

Aside from Khaled75's troubleshooting steps, have you also tried restarting your SmartTag by removing the battery and waiting for a couple of minutes to put it back again, and then reconnect it again to your SmartThings?

Yes, I've tried on what I've seen on google.. but neither of them works.

I have multiple mobile devices connected to my SmartThings app, whereas only one of those devices can access "view map" in the SmartTag widget, not sure why. You can still see/locate it on the map tho, through the "Find" widget in SmartThings app

Yes, but for a quicker access, it could be better if it can access by that button... for example: If I put a widget of that SmartTag to my homescreen and access that. Rather than to exit the app and go to SmartThings, it could be simply access by that button.

maybe I'm just too lame, but for me, putting a button without a function is a -- for me 😅
