1.

Do not disturb is one of the features that I really appreciate in a modern phone. What I really like about it is I can set some exceptions so they can still disturb me. Hahahahaha😅

image
This is how I set my exceptions. I have set my favorite contacts and priority conversations

I really wish "exceptions" option is available in Bixby Routines and in Game Tools.

On Bixby Routines:
image
I don't want to be disturbed during games but I can add my mom etc as an exception

image
I can't do that for now so this is how I set up routines when a priority contact called. Their first call attempt will be declined but it will take me out of the game so I can message them (preset in quick command)

On Game Tools:
image
Exception to notification block will be usefull

I ended up doing these because calls are not being blocked (as is said in Game Tools) but is only hidden and it makes the game lag that I have no choice but to go to home screen to either answer or decline the call. I already have emailed customer service about it - they said "We would like to take this opportunity to use your feedback in improving our services. Therefore, thank you for bringing this to our attention."

image
The description says the calls will be blocked but they only hide it, giving us no option to either answer or decline it unless we head over to the home screen or just disable this "priority mode" feature

I really appreciate Bixby Routines+ especially the "Read Text Aloud" option.

image
This is really useful
IPhone has this when it detects charger is connected or disconnected. I use it to remind me to recharge, or if the battery is full, or if an important contact sent me a message or is calling me (it will say: "urgent message" or "important call" while ringing then the edge lights will be different)

But it is useless when my music or other media volume is set to low or on mute.

Perhaps we can add a separate volume setting for Bixby Routines?

A separate volume setting for Bixby routines will be great

This way, I wouldn't have to always set media volume to high. Look at Bixby voice - it has its own volume setting (I can only wish it were adaptive depending on the ambient sound because it can become inaudible in daytime and really too loud at night).

For now, though..

I use this workaround..

a. Always set media to desired Bixby routine volume level
image

b. Add a routine to automatically minimize media volume whenever select app (that plays media) is opened. You'll have to increase volume if you want to listen to the media being played.
image

This will still affect the routines volume but will lessen the instances of it being inaudible when no media is being played.

3.

Please make this work even when the screen is off:

This is helpful haha😂 maybe you can make the S Pen beep too?

And..

image
Write on screen feature: This toolbar is blocking it i have to really zoom in

4. Random ..

Isn't it too wide?
image
Pls make the default area narrower

That way I won't have to always resize it when a priority contact sent a message.

It will be helpful if we can combine time and location reminders..

image

This way we won't be reminded every single time we pass by somewhere but only on set day/s and/or times.

I really like these features. I just wish these could be added.

To learn about Bixby from the app itself,
1. Access the app
2. Tap the menu button (or hamburger button) on top left
3. Tap "how to use"

I personally don't use personalization and I don't turn on marketing notifications.Screenshot_20210829-060418_Bixby Voice.jpgScreenshot_20210829-060424_Bixby Voice.jpgScreenshot_20210829-060859_Bixby Voice.jpg
