Actually, the service centres are run by different owner, cos from what I heard is that mobile repair shops are running the service centre under Samsung's entity. But I am not sure if it's true.
that's the whole issue, Samsung SG has outsource I don't know how many of its department / business functions . That when an issue happens , always need to refer to other 'Departments' but in thier context , is literally another 'Company ' hence the lousy ineffective internal SOP. The long response time need. And basically , the lack of responsibility .. But everyone is just passing the buck around to whom might seem to be the dept 'in charge ' lol
I already know what's the outcome..my Fren had exactly same issue.. They will say due to ba ba ba, not actually even apologize as to not admit any mistake. And they will refer u back to the website Now.. and the promo you mentioned is not longer available.. Ba ba ba, promotions are subject to change all tat excuses but never answer your enquire that is now 1 week ago at least lol
