UNSATISFACTORY AFTER SALES SERVICE

Guys anyone here know how to report technical group from samsung? I wasn't satisfied with their service. Last time I visited on their service center, to repair my suspected bloated battery. Although "According to them" they replaced it with a new one .  The bump at the back of my device still existing and the saddest part is that they didn't handle the device with care. Upon checking my Smartphone, I found some dust inside my camera lens. Now I don't have assurance if I bring it back on the said samsung service center, due to the not so good quality that I experienced. 

I hope this will be address.
