OthersHey there, EllisKai! I remember replying to your previous post recommending that you reset Bixby. Have you done it? 😊 If you haven't yet, here's how you can do so:
- Go to Settings > Apps
- Tap the Sort icon, and then toggle the switch next to Show system apps, then tap OK
- Tap Bixby Voice > Storage > Clear data > OK
- Repeat no. 3 for Bixby Routines, Bixby dictation, and Bixby Vision
After resetting Bixby, you can go ahead and set this routine up again. Sometimes it might just need a little refresher! 😆

OthersOn the other post, i don't know how suddenly, it seems like Bixby is having a problem with my accent or pronunciation of mathematical operations while Google assistant isn't. Asking Bixby was effortless before. It only happens on mathematical operations.

We are working very hard to give you an enhanced experience and one way of doing that is to get the most of your feedback.
Please tell us more about this experience by submitting an error report through the Samsung Members app so our development team can look into that as follows:
Step 1. Launch the Samsung Members app, and then tap the Support icon for more options.
Step 2. Scroll and select Error reports.
Step 3. Choose a category of your concern. Select "Application".
Step 4. Choose the frequency of the issue you are experiencing. Enter issue details or attach a video or screenshot. Then press Send icons to complete the report.
