VIDEOS IN GALLERY NOT PLAYING

Hi. Are you experiencing problems with the videos in the gallery? Its not playing. Sometimes, there is an audio but its not moving. Please help on how to fix this. Thank you.

Try using vlc player or kmplayer

I thought it was a video format error.

It wasnt, at first, i thought it was because these are video snippets from messenger. So i tried regular videos taken from my phone camera..and it was still doing the same. Hehe but then again, it worked just fine when i restarted my phone. 😊😊😊

Good for you, i encountered some video formats that built-in vplyer can't play and audio codec error thats why i installed some 3rd party apps like mx player.

I see. U r right. Not all codec are covered by the default media player of samsung. I also have VLC and MX players for back ups 😊😊😊

so when it keeps happening again i'll just have to restart my device?
