I just realised there was no place to enter my promo code for samsungcare+

Checking back I noticed that I still had to pay for it albeit with 40% discount. 

However I have a code that was meant to waive the cost with my pre order...

Which by the way all came way later than the date it said on pre order, and still missing most of my order now weeks later.

To clarify; you checked out with the Care+ code for your preorder and it gave a 40% discount on Care+ rather than waive the fee?
