"Free" bezel on The Frame 2021

IMG_2276.PNGApparently, The Frame 2021 does not come with a free bezel, it only comes with the VIU promo. This actually defeats the purpose of being "The Frame" if it does not have a frame right? Even all of Samsung's Authorized resellers are promoting it to having a free bezel and Samsung does not even sell it on their online store as an option. I am even willing to pay for the bezel because I bought "The Frame" because of it. Again, it is not The Frame if it does not have a bezel on it. Samsung, please do something about this.

hello, Jan! I have been calling Abenson about this as it might lead to having a misleading or false advertisement on their side, as for calling or chatting Samsung's customer service, I have done that for how many times now, and they even have confirmed it with me that only the 2020 The Frame comes with the free bezel. I have even told them that I was willing to pay for it because, again, it is not "The Frame" if it does not include a free Frame. They have advised me to go to a Samsung Service Center to "order" one for me. Paying is not a problem, but the misleading advertisements of your authorized resellers is. Please fix this as this might cause you problems, or include a free bezel now.
