Samsung Care+ for Globe/Smart Devices

Why are we not eligible to purchase the Care+ plans at 50% off if our devices are from Smart/Globe? I went to Samsung SM Taytay earlier and was told that I am not eligible for the promo.

That seems unfair, technically we bought the phone at full price with subsidy from the provider.

Can someone from Samsung please help on my concern before the 14 days eligibility to purchase a care+ plan expires please.

UPDATE: NEVER RECEIVED an email response from the Samsung Care+ customer service email at all.

I just purchased the Care+ plan for 24 months in a Samsung store for Php 11,399.

no response din from their email support, nakakailang follow up na ako. Their phone agents are also not aware of promos or regarding the Care+ for S22 line up.

Hoping by tomorrow sa official launch date may update.

Hi! I'm curious lang if you were able to get Samsung Care Plus sa devices niyo :) I cant seem to register on their website because it doesnt recognize my device daw @.@ and we dont have a samsung experience store in our area

sa samsung stores lang ata pwede pa for now, which is weird nga. flagship nila palpak yung release tsaka mga services.

still waiting sa care+ na discount, pag wala pa din register nako by friday siguro

Thats odd 😕 im already on my first week of using my phone, need to get samsung care plus this week and ayun nga walang samsung exp store near me 😕 This is really unfortunate. Sana maayos nila website nila

ako din 1st week ko na, sabe 14 days lang para iregister sa care+. may nagsabe din 1 month pag online pero di ko sigurado at di naman gumagana online portal nila
