The alarm didn't go off. The alarm was working after i installed the beta and this was the first time it didn't work while in the beta program.

Same here, but clearing data and force stopping the clock app helped for me.

Happened to me using Android Clock.

Go Settings -> App -> Force Stop, then
Storage -> Clear cache. Worked for me.
If that doesnt fix it, might try
Storage -> Clear data
