Beta 4 "syncing" calls/texts?

Anyone else have this happen after updating to the 4th beta? My phone has been doing this ever since I updated this morning. I'm going to try a restart, but wondering if anyone else had the same issue.

this happened to me right after the update. restarting the phone fixed the problem.

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
