I think there is a problem with the storage when "dirty" flashing over other firmware. Best thing would be a factory reset after updating.

Please try below steps
Settings > Apps > "Show system apps" in the top right corner,
1. Select "Media Storage" > Storage > Clear data
2. Select "Sec Media Storage" > Storage > Clear data
